A big, BIG THANK YOU to all of my doctors near and far, family and friends, and everyone who showed an interest. Thank you for your words of encouragement and support during those challenging times. Knowing that there are people worldwide who care and show interest is incredibly empowering, and it beats the effect of even the most potent drug.

Thank you for your words of encouragement and support during those challenging times. I recorded this clip at the entrance of Nong Prajak Park in Udon Thani, Thailand.

Going to Japan for BPABalloon Pulmonary Angioplasty Balloon pulmonary angioplasty, or BPA for short, is a technique for widening narrowed or blocked blood vessels in the lungs of CTEPH patients. Small balloons attached to a catheter restore blood flow to areas of the lungs that do not receive blood due to the disease.  When successful, BPA eliminates or reduces shortness of breath, increases exercise tolerance and quality of life, and extends life expectancy. treatment was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m bursting with energy and feel like an entirely new person. I haven’t felt like this in years.
